By using the Rose and Stone Apps website or LowKey - Imposter Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.

LowKey - Imposter Game is an iOS social party game for in-person play. Our website provides information, support, and links related to our apps.

You may use our apps and website for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for making sure your use is appropriate for your age, location, and group.

LowKey - Imposter Game may offer Apple-managed in-app purchases, including a one-time purchase or Party Pass unlock. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Refund requests and billing issues are handled through Apple and the App Store refund policies. We do not control Apple's payment or refund decisions.

LowKey - Imposter Game is meant to be played with people who are comfortable participating. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, embarrass, exclude, or pressure others, or in any way that violates laws or someone else's rights.

You also agree not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt our apps, website, systems, or services.

The names, designs, text, software, gameplay content, and other materials in our apps and website are owned by Rose and Stone Apps or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of those materials.

We work to make our apps polished and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Rose and Stone Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps or website. Our total liability for any claim related to the app or website will be limited to the amount you paid us for the app or purchase that gave rise to the claim, if any.

You may stop using our apps and website at any time. We may suspend or end access to our apps, website, or support if we believe you have violated these terms or created risk for others, us, or the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new last updated date.
